FILING AN EVICTION IN Nevada

There are two ways to begin Eviction proceedings in Nevada:

1. Filing and serving a formal, civil eviction known in Nevada as an 
 UNLAWFUL DETAINER ACTION.

2. Using a Summary Eviction contained in NRS 40.253 and NRS 40,254
